'Eid al-Fitr
It has been authenticated from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) that when he reached Madinah, he found that the people would celebrate two particular days in the year as part of their custom. He (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said, "Verily Allah has replaced these two days of yours with two that are better; the day of 'Nahar (Slaughter)' and the day of 'Fitr (Breaking the fast)'"
As a reminder, don't forget to recite the Eid takbeer in the morning on your way to the Eid Salah
Jazakumullahu Khayran
We at Norbury Muslim Centre would like to send our sincere thanks to the community for spending Ramadhan with us. May Allah (SWT) reward everyone for their help and donations. If there have been any shortcomings, please forgive us.
We pray that Allah (SWT) accepts our deeds during this month and allows us to live to see the next Ramadan.
